Practicing Yoga at home by yourself can feel intimidating, and if you’re anything like me, it’s frustrating figuring out where to start. I wanted to learn how to practice yoga, but I had no experience and no clue where to start. (This may surprise you, but flexibility is not a requirement for practicing yoga.)
Now as a Certified Yoga Teacher, my friends come to me all the time to learn how to start practicing yoga. In fact, I've been asked about it so often that I decided to create this course to share with you.

Unsure if Yoga is the right fight for you. You feel you want to try it but feel it will be to hard to keep up with.
You won't stay consistent because you don't have the time. You already have a full schedule and adding a new yoga practice would make things even more hectic. You're overwhelmed because you don't even how it would fit into your current schedule.
Giving up because before you tried yoga before at a local gym and it did not work out well for you. You're just not convinced things will be different this time around.
Not moving forward because everyone seems to be making progress in their yoga journeys and you feel stuck. There are so many other busy moms out there who seem like they have it all figured out. While you are just taking it one day at a time.
Does any of this sound like you? Good. Then this course is for you.
